尋。鄉滋味 岸本太太是香港人,嫁作日本媳婦後,愛上研究日本菜式, 發現日本菜看似簡單,但每一種煮法,每一個步驟,原來都精考細緻,對食材的選擇,更是非常講究。
岸本先生的媽媽是一位家政老師,結婚前,岸本太太已經到日本跟奶奶學煮日本菜, 後來奶奶送給她的結婚禮物,更是一頓豐富的懷石料理,希望她能親嚐真正的日本味道。
經過鑽研和練習,岸本太太發現傳統日本菜的精髓,在於採用新鮮當造食材及天然釀製無添加的醬料, 帶出原味及季節性感覺,最重要是透過日常料理,讓身體健康。
曾經試過食物敏感,她深知採用天然食材烹調的好處,透過在社區中心的親子班分享日式料理, 希望能把健康飲食理念與更多人分享。岸本太太領悟到,能夠親手炮製家人喜愛的健康食物,傳達對家人的愛,就是最幸福的生活。
廚師交響Cook 大廚主持Christian楊尚友,今集請來曾在日本生活多年的拉麵店老闆陳方籐Meter, 齊齊炮製日式菜。Meter示範他至愛的味噌廣島生蠔鍋及蕃茄漬物, Christian就繼續發揮創意,精心製作日式海膽煙肉意粉。

Mrs. Kishimoto is Hong Konger who married with Japanese. After married she has been learning Traditional Japanese Cooking from her mother-in law who was former School teacher of home economics.
Japanese Traditional Foods gave her a great impression on Natural ingredients, Sauces, seasonal foods, display art and decoration… the most importance is its fits for her simple taste that what she like.
Mrs. Kishimoto is working at Organic Foods Company and sharing the Japanese Traditional Cuisine with Natural ingredients at communities in her free time. Due to she is suffer for food intolerance then she wish would share how to pick the right Ingredients and Sauces for our Daily Health Meal. She believe it is very good for kids and mother to learn how to provide the right foods to family.
