重點係要:分先後次序,那一樣吃先!
Green veggies 用布 包住、再放雪櫃
Tomato

with paper bag in fridge (about 4-10c as well)


Ground veggies, roots veggies such as potatoes
, ginger,
onion, sweet potatoes
, 准山, in ambiance ( room temperature 10c-25c) if not too wet weather & 陰涼地方



生菜、蔥、芫荽、香草
用水養住佢
。

切開咗一半就要即刻整

可以食之前在雪櫃攞出嚟、等多一兩天再煮,更好味!

甘筍
天氣夠凍都可以放室溫,否則軟瀨瀨唔係咁容易keep到新鮮
